Users (Teachers, Students, Administrators) may upload or submit content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content you grant the Service a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content for the purpose of providing the Service.

Do not submit content that you do not have rights to, or that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful.

5. Privacy

Personal data collected by the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to collection and processing of your data consistent with that policy.

6. Fees and Payment (if applicable)

Some features of the Service may require payment. All fees are described on the relevant pages. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is located. For Republic of the Philippines. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
